1. Notebook Student are expected to be regular in school and not to avail any leave. A student is required to put in at least 75% of the attendance during the year, to be eligible to appear in final examination.
2. The student, as such, is not authorised for any leave. In case of extreme circumstances, when the absence is unavoidable, the leave may be allowed, on written request, only from Parent/Guardian. Leave of absence for one or two days has to be applied through the LEAVE RECORD pages in the diary.
3. The medical leave applications should be accompanied with medical cum fitness certificate which should be submitted immediately when the ward joins the school.
4. No HALF DAY LEAVE is permitted. In case of any family function or other programme, where the priority takes precedence to school academic schedule, parents are requested not to send the child to the school. Request for permission to return for home after the test/examination on the pretext of illness or other urgency will not be entertained.
5. A Student absenting from school on the day of a test/examination, without explicitly sanctioned leave, will not be retested and will lose the credit to the missed test/examination in the cumulative score.

(c) No Student under any circumstance will be allowed to attend the school without proper School Uniform.
1. Parent of the child seeking withdrawal of their ward from school, should submit application for TC, on prescribed format, available in school office, at least 10 days in advance.
2. The TC application must be submitted with copy of fee slip clearing dues, at lease upto the month of TC application.
3. The school fees and dues will be applicable up till the month of the date of application of TC.
4. For the cases of TC applications submitted during March, the TC will be issued only after declaration of the result.
5. The TC form will be deemed to be submitted for processing, only after the confirmation of clearance of school dues. The TC will be issued after five working days.
Parents can meet the Class Teachers and Subject Teachers only on OPEN HOUSE days. Parents are requested not to disturb the teachers or GO TO THEIR CLASSES during school hours.
