TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT



REGULAR APPOINTMENT


        These appointments are considered as Nucleus Core Administrative Staff. SAMC may appoint Nucleus Core Administrative Staff as regular for the sake of continuity to ensure smooth administration of the School





FIXED TERM APPOINTMENT (CONTRACTUAL)


        These appointments are made, on contract, for a fixed term for three years. The contract will be only for one term, not extendable and not renewable. The appointment of such staff automatically stands terminated on last day.





ADHOC/TEMPORARY/CASUAL/PART TIME APPOINTMENT


        The appointments in this category are made against leave vacancy or in case, the school is not able to find a suitable teacher through rouinely prescribed procedures. Such appointments are for a very limited period not exceeding 11 months.



Vacancies could be 'Regular' or for 'Fixed Term' in nuture, which shall be informed at the time of announcement of vacancies, during publication of advertisements.

Candidates are advised to carefully observe the advertisement, before applying.

SELECTION PROCEDURE



Stage-I (Interview)


        The respective school announces the vacancies available through various means like local Newspapers, the Schol Website, Notice Board etc. Candidates would have to apply in response to these announcements. The interviews may or may not be held at the location of the school. They may be held as per discretion of the local management.

Stage-II (Computer Proficiency)


        Test for Computer Proficiency will be conducted alongwith the interview. Candidates will not be called separately for this stage of the selection process unless the number of candidates is large and cannot be managed on the same day.

A Committee nominated by the Interview Board shall peruse the Education documents and Experience Certificates and ascertain their authenticity, on the day of interview.
