Principal's Message to parents
Dear Parents and Students,
There was great turbulence in last few days. We certainly understand that this is a challenging time for everyone. There are a lot of unknowns, and every day brings new information. However, the best part is, the sun always comes up the next morning, giving us a new dawn, a new chance, a new day. There is always something to smile about and all that is part of game. It is my sincere hope that you and your family remain healthy during this unprecedented time.
We all have equal time throughout the world. No one has more or less. The difference lies in how each one of us does with our time. .We need to realign ourselves and to rise to the new challenges. It is the prime and foremost need of the hour to ensure that instruction and learning continues unabated. We at school is committed to preparing you for success and the staff is ‘Owning the moment’, working to stay connected to students and plan lessons that will continue the learning. Our goal is to provide a high quality, engaging learning experience for our students through Remote Learning Experience that is manageable for families who may be juggling multiple responsibilities during these unprecedented times.
Make sure to remain connected with latest updates on message column and ensure to follow the advice and guidelines.
We miss seeing our students on a daily basis but look forward to taking this journey together. Stay healthy, safe and connected.
Mr. Sandeep Pant

We encourage you to use and share the content of DIKSHA portal launched by the Union Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD), Govt of India. The DIKSHA platform offers teachers, students and parents engaging learning material relevant to the prescribed school curriculum. You can also download the DIKSHA app and scan QR code in your textbooks for easy access to the lessons.
Remote learning with google classroom
Amid Covid-19 lockdown, Army Public School No 2, Roorkee is switching to virtual classrooms. We are adopting e-learning for our students to compensate for days missed due to the lockdown. We are using the Google Classroom platform, a free web service that aims to simplify creating, distributing and grading assignments in a paperless way. It is a versatile and convenient application that can be used on a desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone.
Keep visiting this page, it will be updated on regular basis.
